ruby-molinillo looks mostly fine. Doesn't run any tests (it appears to
have some in spec/, but they have exotic requirements? At least, I
wasn't sure how to install mocha-on-bacon), but since they are difficult
to run, that's fine.
Needs a team bug subscriber though.
