Public bug reported:
In order to be compatible with PHP7.0, we need to updated various PHP
packages. php-guzzlehttp 5.3.0-1 (currently in Xenial) is not compatible
with PHP7.0 and fails its tests. php-guzzlehttp 6.1.1-1 in Debian
experimental successfully builds and passes all tests in Xenial.
