This bug also affects me:

Starting AFS services:
AFS module /lib/modules/3.19.0-49-generic/fs/openafs.ko does not exist.
Not starting AFS.  Please consider building kernel modules using
instructions in /usr/share/doc/openafs-client/README.modules
Setting up openafs-modules-dkms (1.6.7-1ubuntu1.1) ...
Loading new openafs-1.6.7 DKMS files...
First Installation: checking all kernels...
Building for 3.19.0-49-generic and 3.19.0-51-generic

ERROR: Cannot create report: [Errno 17] File exists:

Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.19.0-49-generic (x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/openafs/1.6.7/build/make.log for more information.

As can be seen above, I'm running kernel 3.19 (I think I installed a HWE
version, it was whatever was suggested at the download page.)


It might be the same as bug #1433411, but 1433411 has languished for quite some 
time (it currently has status Undecided and Unassigned.)
