Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

Using gutsy latest, I'm having a problem enabling desktop effects on my
second display. I have two LCDs - a 24" soyo as the main display at
1920x1200 and a 20" dell as my secondary that I use rotate to be
1200x1600 (for web browsing). Works fine on both displays without
effects, but with effects turned on (either Normal or Extra)
applications run on display :0.1 have no window manager (see attached).

I'm not sure if this is a limitation of X, compiz, or a simple oversight
in some compiz initialization script - but I'm thinking it is probably
the latter.

One other thing to note - I noticed when I added the other display, the
eye candy on the main window slowed down noticably (still usable - just
noticably slower). Is this normal - or is there a fix?

Attached is the screenshot showing the lack of window manager and my
xorg.conf to detail my setup.

** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
