Public bug reported:

Hello everybody,

Not sure if it's the right place but I'd like to report a bug.

I bought a Acer Aspire V3-372-53GG (brand new laptop released very recently by
Acer), installed Ubuntu alongside Windows and the touchpad is not recognized at
all. I have to use a mouse.
 I am using Ubuntu 15.10.

Results of xinput

⎜ ↳ Virtual core XTEST pointer id=4 [slave pointer (2)]

↳ Acer WMI hotkeys id=12 [slave keyboard (3)]

Probably a Kernel issue...

If anyone interested, the WIFI card is not recognized as well, but I
solved that by downloading a new version of QCA6174 and remplacing the
folder in /lib/firmware/ath10k/

Many thanks.
