Public bug reported:
A very simple bug :
- make clean 15.10 install
- boot laptop
- open console type acpi
-> nothing happens
- close laptop lid, open it again
- type acpi in the console again
-> battery and/or charging details are now displayed and will do so until
laptop is rebooted
$ lsb_release -rd

What I expect to happen : acpi should display the battery or charging data
What happend instead : nothing, not even error messages are showing in the
console
What can I do to fix it : close and open again the laptop lid, acpi data are
showing fine
