Public bug reported:
There is missing in the courier-webmail package (in repository) program
with allows to create passwords and the procedure of doing it on the
http://www.courier-mta.org/install.html#webadmin website refers itself
only to the compilation from sources.
Please fix this bug as soon as possible because it makes administrators
unable to use the webadmin
