Impossible to see the LVM manager configuration during Ubuntu16.04 installation.
When press "display configuration detailes" button in LVM manager the
installation stops working (unimplemented function).
It works however then no volume groups are created.
To reproduce the bug:
1. Start Ubuntu installation on LPAR
2. Attach 2 or more DASDs
3. Make a volume group, logical volume (optional), using LVM manager
4. Try to choose "display configuration details"
