Hi, No it's not just in VMware, it's also in the "real" ;-) Edgy. I just installed Knot3 this morning, and the problem is still there.
I followed thge instructions in the link you gave me, but there is a problem: when I try to apply the patch, it doesn't work. It says: $ patch -Np1 -i < ffmpeg-0.4.9-p20051216.diff patch: option requires an argument -- i patch: Try `patch --help' for more information. Can you help me ? Can you reproduce this problem ? to avoid any problems with typos, I made sure to copy/paste the instructions/commands they give, rather than trying to type them by hand.
