Package version .92.0 fails on 16.04 with error Can't use
'defined(@array)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at
/usr/bin/shutter line 3727.
Upgrading to the latest version of Shutter 0.93.1 works. Please
upgrade this package.
