Public bug reported:
After some updates if I click on "User accounts" nothing happens.
After that if I try to close "System Settings" window, it pops up again.
There is no way to close it.
If I run
unity-control-center user-accounts
I get
libwayland-egl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
