Public bug reported:
Opened Filepath incorrect when dragging and dropping a folder into the open
dialog box.
Selected folders are ignored when opening a file path.
To recreate the bug:
Open gdmap.
File->Open...
drag a folder into the choose folder window (Drag and Drop)
Press "Open"
The incorrect direction is opened.
Included a patch that fixes the bug.

** Patch added: "gtk_file_chooser_get_current_folder returns the current folder
of the chooser which is not the same as the currently-selected folder.
gtk_file_chooser_get_filename on the other hand will work as expected for end
users. If you drag and drop a path, it will open to that path etc."
