Let me just say also that after running 'sudo udevadm test
/class/mem/null' the permissions to /dev/null changes to

hinkokocevar@hinkocmbp:/boot$ ls -al /dev/null
crw-rw---- 1 root root 1, 3 Feb 29 12:23 /dev/null

And now for example commands that I wish to end with <TAB> yield errors:

hinkokocevar@hinkocmbp:/boot$ ls /bash: /dev/null: Permission denied
bash: _upvars: `-a2': invalid number specifier
bash: /dev/null: Permission denied
bash: _upvars: `-a0': invalid number specifier
^C

Running my fix script '/etc/rcS.d/S14fix-dev.sh' solves the issue
again..
