Tried Gnome tweaks, tried changing monitors around, primary, (in case it was
some how port related) etc.
Can not reset the mouse cursor once it corrupts. Only solution I found was a
reboot, which can be inconvenient.
Might be related to Java applications somehow and their borders?
P.S. I think my graphics card is R9 390 and has been picked up wrong by
this bug report and by one game I know about (it thinks it is a HD 5600)
