Public bug reported:
Using xenial if you go to the detailed page for any package there is an
"history" button but it's desactivated.
It looks like the feature is missing from the apt backend, while it would be
nice to have it also doesn't feel like an important feature so we should maybe
just not display the button for this cycle?
