Public bug reported:

Sorry, I'm not sure of what I'm doing. The software has been alerting me
of a problem for the last few months and I'm just following the routine
it provides to report the problem. One thing is it states that updating
software fails. Maybe that's the big problem is with updating software
and perhaps the software really needs to be updated but can't be
accomplished for some reason unknown to me.

Thank you!
