Currently can't think of any package that is installed after a restart in
Ubuntu (common to Windows though
If the button can't be made inactive unless updates or some package install??
requires a restart maybe it should be removed.
(- or are there plans for 16.04 where updates are queued & then
installed after or during a restart? Why I can't imagine..
