Finnish translation fixed and enabled.
The shortcut to delete tasks is now Ctrl+DEL instead of just DEL.

This is a bugfix release.

Also avoid locking in an ownCloud folder.

- Let the autopkg test depend on language-pack-en.
- Build-depend on language-pack-en.
- Don't use /usr/share/pyshared anymore, it's gone.
* Keep the autopkg test enabled (Debian disabled it without notice).
