Private bug reported:
We are having issues launching a certain Ubuntu AMI instance in cn-
north-1.
Here is the AMI info: Ubuntu AMI ami-fda46a93
Either there were issues with creating the image or Canonical modified
the ACL to prevent from using it.
Can you please follow-up to determine if there were known issues with
this AMI or if there is something more to it resulting in the ACL
changes preventing the launch.
I appreciate a quick response as this is affecting customers in cn-
north-1 as they are unable to launch Ubuntu AMIs.
