MAAS 2.0 has just reach a major milestone as is introducing significant
changes to:
- Move away from Cluster Controllers to a new Rack Controller model
- It introduces a new API 2.0 to support the changes above
- New DNS model that provides full support for managing DNS records.
- Improves the IP Ranges support.
The first MAAS release milestone that will be landing into Xenial, will
be MAAS 2.0 alpha1.
