i am simply using "vagrant up" command, and my Vagranfile is:

ENV['VAGRANT_DEFAULT_PROVIDER'] = 'libvirt'
VAGRANTFILE_API_VERSION = "2"
Vagrant.configure(VAGRANTFILE_API_VERSION) do |config|

# Turn off shared folders
config.vm.synced_folder ".", "/vagrant", id: "vagrant-root", disabled: true
config.vm.define "deploy" do |deploy_config|
deploy_config.vm.hostname = "deploy"
deploy_config.vm.provider "libvirt" do |v|
v.memory = 2048
v.cpus = 2
v.nested = true
v.volume_cache = 'none'
end
end
