Public bug reported: Hello. I've noticed that aria2 stopped to work with some HTTPS sites.

Another example of a non-working site is https://archive.org/download/centos-2.1_release/i386-disc1.iso cURL works fine in both cases. Aria2 on Ubuntu 14.04 works fine too. I've found an upstream bug report: https://github.com/tatsuhiro-t/aria2/issues/392. Here you can find a patch, however I've not tested it.
