I reworked the inline-toolbar styling according to Adwaita (from
Gtk3.18.6) and that looks a lot better now.

However, the pen-ultimate button in the inline-toolbar is still drawn as a 
first-child and to be honest I have no clue as to why. What makes this even a 
little odder is that if you look at the app with the Gtk Inspector and the mark 
the button in question it gets redrawn correctly(!).
