has anyone resolved this? bug #1366546 does not seem to be moving
this was proposed by psusi:
cd /boot/efi/EFI
sudo cp ubuntu/grubx64.efi Boot/bootx64.efi
is this safe?
another option was to downgrade to grub 2.02-beta2-9ubuntu1.6_amd64
