Thank you for your effort, but your link is pointing to the Croatian 'service and warranty' web page which says: "Dear customer, for support you must call England. Obviously, the less you speak English (if you speak it at all), the more you will have to pay". Plane and simple, appropriate technical support phone number doesn't exist. If, as you say, forum is not a direct, official support channel, then this is maybe the case that needs to be reported to the police instead to the developers :) :) :) :)
