Package libpugixml1 seems to be obsoleted by libpugixml1v5 and is not
installable.
So, cannot run binaries which are linked against libpugixml1.
$ sudo apt-get install libpugixml1

Package libpugixml1 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
libpugixml1v5:i386 libpugixml1v5
