Many thanks, seems good but I would like to have Tonio's opinion too.

In the changelog, it would be better to add the name of the patch, and
an explanation of what it does, something like:

* Add patch 02_fix_icon_conflict.patch (LP: #140012) :
  - Fix wrongly installed icon files

Note that the debdiff needs a patch -p4 since i believe it was prepared
in a chroot. In the future it would be better if you can provide a
standard debdiff.
