I have the same problem here, with Acer 4552 notebook, when I log in, sometimes
it takes too long an sometimes the Network Manager doesn’t appear at all... And
with another Lenovo G470 notebook its just the same problem.. no NM anywhere
and I can not connect with wifi.... I don’t think it is a duplicate of bug
#1509334, its something new...
I have to restart service network-manager to get it working... everything else
seems just fine. Kubuntu 15.10.
