This bug is not the same as #1548977 because Xenial Files here does
have "trash" while #1548977 says it does not.
I don't do "format" from "Files" so I don't know what that is in
#1548977.
Formatting I use gparted which has a whole lot more function for that
service.
So this bug is not the same as #1548977
