I confirm it happens with latest BIOS.

It's reproducible but not under full controll, most often it happens if
on loaded system playing YoutTube wideo and switching fullscreen on or
off. I think this info along with stacktrace should be sufficient to
enable necessary logging, then I can contribute to debug it further.
