It worked flawlessly on an old version of Redhat, but on moving to a new server, Intel S1200RP with updated firmware, I am in a world of pain. I have switched off standby for usb on boot, I have ensured that power is continually on for all usb ports. I have tried a number of kernels, currently 3.19.0-031900rc4-lowlatency which had been less bad, but am still getting this fault. + --- + ApportVersion: 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.19 + Architecture: amd64 + DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04 + InstallationDate: Installed on 2015-05-13 (306 days ago) + InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS "Trusty Tahr" - Release amd64+mac (20140417) + Package: linux (not installed) + ProcEnviron: + LANGUAGE=en_AU:en + TERM=xterm + PATH=(custom, no user) + LANG=en_AU.UTF-8 + SHELL=/bin/bash + Tags: trusty + Uname: Linux 3.19.0-031900rc4-lowlatency x86_64 + UnreportableReason: The running kernel is not an Ubuntu kernel + UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) + UserGroups: + + _MarkForUpload: True -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1556782 Title: USB3 not working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1556782/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
