Mint is not Ubuntu, which makes this bug invalid here in its current
state.
Please file a bug from an Ubuntu system using the 'ubuntu-bug' tool
which will gather debugging information.
Also, when filing a bug, we need more descriptors than provided - such as
information about what you are actually having happen in addition to just
console output.
