Uploading the diff for the upstream changelog. The diff was done based on two folders: ./xenial-current and ./xenial- sync, which on my system is how I separated the existing 1.9.2 in Ubuntu and the new 1.9.3 in Debian in the folder structure I was working in. This is why the folder names do not match exactly in the diff.
Note that the 'ChangeLog' that is shipped in the tarball is a .md (Markdown) file.
