I did some further investigation, and it really seems the duplicate of bug 
147833. So the problem occurs on every directory, which has space on its name.
It is important not to import a directory directly, because that way it works 
fine.
The error occurs every time I start Rhythmbox, because I checked the box to 
always scan the directory for new music. However I always get import errors. It 
seems to me some bug around the unicode coding of filenames.
