FFe for php-monolog: Based upon upstream discussion, the AWS extensions to monolog are not heavily used and simply need porting to the v3 of the SDK, for which there is little interest. (https://github.com/Seldaek/monolog/issues/746) So the feature-change is removal of the ability to support DynamoDB in Monolog. I believe end-users would be able to use composer directly as an alternative.
