If you don't have a credit card set up, the drop down has just one
option: paypal. It makes users think that's the only payment option.
Paying with a credit card is at the bottom below the buttons, as a link
(ironically, because that's a native flow vs the paypal one being web-
based).
We need these options to have the same visual weight, so it's clear it's
one or the other.
