Public bug reported:
In the VPN Panel, deleting a VPN is done by swiping to the left. However
this goes against the SDK (System) pattern which defines that negative
actions like delete be done by swiping to the right. Check Dialer App,
Messages App, Dekko, Clock App etc...all apps use this pattern.
