While investigating bug #1549433 and testing Jamie’s suggestion to add
R/W permissions to /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.bin.webbrowser-app, I
realized that /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.webbrowser-app doesn’t include
<local/usr.bin.webbrowser-app>, so those local changes wouldn’t be taken
into account anyway.
