{Do you think / can you check} if bug #1549529, "The keyboard is still
installed as US-English even if another language is selected during the
installation" is related to this bug?
Bug #1549529 affects the desktop iso files and ubiquity.
If they are related, maybe something else is buggy, not the installers.
