Public bug reported:

Simply using cloc 1.60 fails with the following error "Can't use an
undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /usr/bin/cloc line 1498." Upon
searching, I've noticed this is an issue other users are having
(https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=802750), and also
confirmed that it's fixed in the latest stable build of cloc
(http://cloc.sourceforge.net/#Stable).

As-of now, I can't run a very basic cloc command: `cloc
~/path/to/source`, as it fails with the above error. Any chance we can
see a package update to the latest stable build?

** Affects: cloc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
