What change are you asking us to incorporate? The linked email thread
shows a change to a gsl test case. But you did not get the gsl test case
from Ubuntu; your bug report shows that you downloaded it from upstream.
So there doesn't appear to be any change that can be made to Ubuntu
which would fix this.
