Currently there is patch 0100-C++Parser_expat_support.patch to fix a bug
in Expat support. This patch was derived from upstream commit
94cba986108a0e0f42295572ca42c356d59328d7.
Upstream has an additional commit needed for this fix that is not being
applied to the debian builds: "Additional fix for bug in C++/Parser
Expat support" in commit hash 0e5fab0664fb36c6253dfd7bb86d8985d1b349ef
Patch attached.
