Install fails for both uwsgi-plugin-python and uwsgi-plugin-python3, on
both server and desktop.
Steps to reproduce:
* clean USB install of current 16.04
* sudo apt-get update -y && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -y
* sudo apt autoremove -y
* sudo apt-get install -y openssh-server supervisor nginx-full uwsgi
