Newer versions of codelite are available in Ubuntu repositories since
vivid (15.04). Version 9.1.0 will be available in xenial (16.04).
Version 9.1.4 is not the stable latest version, it is a development
snapshot which isn't stable enough to be packaged in the Ubuntu
repositories.
