Sync android-platform-tools-base 1.5.0-2 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main) This change enables the Lint tool in android-
platform-tools-base which increases the usefulness of this package. It
could be enabled because src:lombok-ast is available in Debian now.
Please sync lombok-ast too because it is a new build-dependency of
android-platform-tools-base and would also complete the lombok stack
consisting of lombok and lombok-patcher. There is no risk of breaking
something because lombok-ast is only used for android-platform-tools-
base.
