Public bug reported:
Please sync congress 3.0.0~rc1+dfsg1-1 which is currently in the Debian
NEW queue, and also please accept python-stringtemplate3 3.1-1 and
python-antlr3 3.5.2-1 from the xenial NEW queue
This will provide the OpenStack Mitaka Congress package which is an open
policy framework for the cloud which enables cloud operators to declare,
monitor, enforce, and audit "policy" in a heterogeneous cloud
environment.
