I copied the code snippet at
https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/apps/qml/sdk-15.04.1/Ubuntu.Components.Captions/,
and I made an example at https://github.com/liu-xiao-guo/captions
If the code is like:
Captions {
title.text: "Caption1"
subtitle.text: "Subtitle text 1111111111111111111"
// attached properties of an Item type property
// can be changed only with assignment
Component.onCompleted: subtitle.Layout.alignment =
Qt.AlignRight
}
The app crashes, however, if I change the above code to:
Captions {
title.text: "Caption1"
subtitle.text: "Subtitle text"
// attached properties of an Item type property
// can be changed only with assignment
Component.onCompleted: subtitle.Layout.alignment =
Qt.AlignRight
}
Then the app does not crash any more.
