Public bug reported:
There is only php-apcu 5.1.3+4.0.10-1.
So php7 doesnt have apcu package and a lot of project are using apcu for
userland caching.
Please make pacu available to php7.
There is php-apcu-bc in ondrej sury ppa that work with php 7
