Public bug reported:
The power manager doesn't respond to settings of display blank of installed
Lubunutu i386 Xenial (2016-03-27 daily and earlier).
There is no other way to set display time-out as Light Locker no longer works.
The time setting in LightDM GTK+ Greeter session also doesn't react.

In a recent L.16.04 AMD64 installation this bug doesn't occur.
