Trying to access my wireless lan (with WPA-personal security settings) from fresh installation of Gutsy Beta (after full upgrading from ethernet), pc freezes and hangs and I need to rebot with hard reset. My wifi interface is a USB Linksys WUSB54GR, that worked fine with enhanced legacy driver from http://rt2x00.serialmonkey.com on Ubuntu Festy. I tried to disable WPA, but the problem remained. I noticed that lsmod output contains both rt73usb and rt2x00usb/rt2x00lib modules: maybe blacklisting one of them can solve the problem. -- rt73 WLAN dongle not detected correctly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/144004 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
